By accessing or using the Whisper Delivery website or shipping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Shipping Services
Whisper Delivery agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to transport and deliver shipments within estimated timeframes. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a service-level agreement.
3. Prohibited Items
Certain items, including hazardous materials, illegal substances, live animals, and improperly packaged perishable goods, are prohibited from shipment. Whisper Delivery reserves the right to refuse, hold, or dispose of any shipment containing prohibited items.
4. Liability & Insurance
Base insurance coverage is included with every shipment. Whisper Delivery's liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the coverage purchased, whichever is applicable, and as further detailed in our service agreement.
5. Customs & Duties
The sender and recipient are responsible for complying with applicable customs regulations and paying any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by destination countries. Whisper Delivery is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Payment Terms
Shipping fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms at the time of booking. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services.
7. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this website by any third party.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whisper Delivery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
